"I dwell in possibility."

With skilled, compassionate support, change is possible.

My Approach

I'm glad you found your way here. â€‹

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am committed to helping you live with purpose, feel at home within yourself and with others, and thrive in your life, work and relationships.

I offer strengths-based holistic care, drawing on the insights of psychological theory, evidence-based practices, and somatic interventions, as well as spiritual resources for growth.

I love to create a welcoming space where people can become more secure and connected. For many of us, that process involves connecting to our bodies and emotions, as well as compassionately caring for unmet needs and unhealed wounds.

When we're curious about our reactions and patterns, we can explore new ways of relating. We can be more present, empowered, and peaceful. We can manage stress more adaptively. We can learn to find comfort within ourselves and in our relationships, and we can love ourselves and others well.

In psychotherapy, you and I work together to reach your personal and relational goals, creating an individualized plan that integrates the tools and treatments best suited to your needs, so you can overcome the obstacles to your growth.

If painful experiences from the past are interfering with your life today, trauma-informed therapy might be helpful. Research-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing can decrease distressing beliefs, feelings, and behaviors,  so you can be more present and at peace.

If you've been through lots of talk therapy and still feel stuck, it could be because your nervous system is frequently in a fight, flight, or freeze response. The five-hour SSP listening therapy is designed to help your body shift out of a survival state and orient towards healing, balance, calm, and connectedness.

In addition to doing therapeutic work in my office or virtually, we can do therapy, quite literally, on the run. Running therapy integrates somatic and trauma-informed approaches with traditional talk therapy. It's not necessary to be an avid runner to benefit from this therapy.
